A Gentle Astringent Toner
It is been a long time since I used a toner that acted like an astringent (pore shrinking and anti-backterial) since American ones are so harsh on the skin but this is lovely. It is so gentle and moisturizes so you do not feel as rushed to get to your other skincare steps. This is a really nice toner for first time users of a toner or K-beauty.
